One Good Line is operated by Adi Chakrabarti. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record.
30-day refund window
If you are not happy with One Good Line for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your most recent charge. This applies to your first payment and to each renewal — the 30-day window resets with every billing cycle. We refund the most recent charge only; earlier billing periods you've already used are not refunded. No questions asked within the window.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. The fastest way to request one is to visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout. You can also email hello@onegoodline.org from the address on your account with the subject "Refund request" and we'll help. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
